NEWS
Scrap Paper Scizzors will be closed for vacation from Sunday June 30 – Friday July 5. In the almost 7 years since the store opened, I’ve never taken off for vacation other than a long weekend, and I’ve always someone to cover the store while I was gone. And though I am very excited to finally be taking a week off to go visit family, unfortunately my trusty right hand (AKA Amanda) is also gone for the month visiting family. So for the first time ever, we will actually be closing the store for a week while I go on a much needed and long overdue vacation! But don’t fret, we’re open all day today Saturday 6/29 until 8pm, and will reopen after our vacation on Saturday July 6 at 11am.
Summer Celebration Sale– Saturday July 6 11am-8pm- To make up for being closed for a week while we take vacation, we’ve decided to reward your patience and understanding with this awesome sale! Everything in the store will be discounted 20-40% OFF! So come by and take advantage of some great deals!
FREE Roma tomato, pepper, & oregano plants– I have a bunch of these available for anyone interested, just shoot me an email or reply to our post on Facebook about the plants and let me know how many you would like of which plants and I will bring them in to the store for pickup after I return from vacation on Saturday July 6. I have several (about 30) Roma tomato plants, a handful of pepper plants (we think they are sweet bell), and a ton of oregano plants (I can also bring in clippings if you just want to dry them and not fool with the plants- oregano is taking over my back yard!)
It’s almost that time of year again for our Summer Consignment Sale! So start gathering all of those old scrapbook supplies together to bring in and earn money towards the purchase of all new stuff by getting rid of all the stuff that’s just sitting around your craft room gathering dust! The Consignment Sale will be held Saturday July 27 11am-8pm. You may drop off your items for the sale between Monday July 22 – Friday July 26 11am-8pm (don’t forget we are closed on Wednesdays). Still looking for fun affordable summer activities for the kids? Well if you haven’t signed them up for our Kids’ Craft Camp yet, it’s not too late, we still have 4 more weeks of our craft camp chock full of awesome projects! The Kids’ Craft Camp is held every Tuesday from 11am-12:30pm and cost is only $10.00 per class. (*Check out the Scrap Paper Scizzors Facebook GROUP to see photos of the project samples as we get them done.) Some of these classes are almost full, so call and reserve your spot ASAP!
