In celebration of St. Patrick’s Day, we’re offering 20% off your entire purchase all day long Thursday March 17th! All you have to do is show us a scrap of something green- whether it be something you are wearing, something in your purse, a layout or card you have designed, something scribbled on your hand or on a piece of paper in green pen, or hey even cash is green! So come on in and enjoy a little luck of the Irish with this fabulous discount! (excludes Cricut & Cartridges, Sale or Discount Items, and Class Kits)
Try Your Luck– We will be holding a prize drawing for the month of March and all you have to do to get entered is learn cool new scrapbooking techniques! For the “TRY” part- Just come in anytime in March and ask us to demonstrate any technique you are interested in learning about, try it yourself, then make a purchase of any of the supplies used in that technique and earn a Numbered Gold Coin. You can even earn multiple gold coins for learning multiple techniques and purchasing an item from each, there is no limit! And then for the “LUCK” part- At the end of the month we will draw one number, and if that number matches your Gold Coin, you will win our Scrapbooking Techniques Gift Package.
Our WINTER CONSIGNMENT SALE is fast approaching, so go through your stash of scrapbook supplies and pull out anything you are no longer using- get it together and drop it off anytime this week until 8pm on Friday! We’ll sell your old stuff so you can earn the money to buy loads of new stuff! The sale will be held this Saturday March 5 from 11am-8pm. For details on selling items, just go to the calendar tab and click on the Consignment Sale Link on the calendar for that date. We have already received lots of great die cutting systems, dies and accessories, stamp sets, paper and embellishment packs, albums, and organizers, and will be receiving loads more throughout the week. The store will also have several display racks in the sale now that we’ve moved and have rearranged our store displays. And even if you aren’t selling stuff, come on out and shop all of the fabulous consigned items at even more fabulous prices! It’s a great way to pick up loads of scrapbook supplies for super cheap!
And even if you can’t make it to the consignment sale, that’s OK, you’ll still have the opportunity to save big on your scrapbook purchases by bringing in your Hobby Lobby and Michaels coupons March 7-12th for 40% off WHATEVER YOU WANT ALL WEEK LONG! Last but not least…..to help us launch Scrap Paper Scizzors on FACEBOOK, if you become a member of our Facebook page during the month of March, we will send you a special store coupon for our Facebook Friends only! Just sign on to your Facebook account, then type Scrap Paper Scizzors in the search bar and click on join group beside our logo. We actually set up our Scrap Paper Scizzors Facebook page over a year ago, but I just haven’t had the time to keep up with it, so Amanda is going to be taking over the posts for the page. (And if you are one of our dedicated followers that is already signed up, we appreciate your loyalty and will be sending you a coupon too!) Things you can hope to find on our page in the near future are upcoming class samples and info, crop and event info and reminders, sale specials and Facebook only coupons, techniques and tips, favorite site recommendations, new product info, creative challenges, and other items to inspire you! You can post your artwork to help inspire others, and you might just find others in your community that share in your passion for scrapbooking!

Friday Night Crop– Friday 3/11 (5pm-2am) – Come crop with us all evening for only $10.00, and we’ll even supply the snacks and drinks! (Now that we’re in the new space we have a smaller crop area, so be sure to sign up early to reserve your space before we fill up!)
Quick & Simple Scrapbooking- You’re My Inspiration– Tuesday 3/15 (6-8pm) What inspires you or your art? Let these pages reflect what drives you and your creativity in your day to day life.
Project of the Month- Hinged Chipboard Album– Saturday 3/18 (11am-2pm) Come in and make this super cute 6×6 chipboard mini album to show off all of your family and friend photos.
Vintage Baby Club– Thursday 3/24 (6-8pm) Join us in creating these beautifully detailed vintage style baby pages.
