With Memorial Day approaching, it’s the perfect time of year for reflecting on the past and remembering those you love. We want to inspire you to take the time to pull out old photos and reminisce about the good times past, and to take a step toward preserving the memories they contain for generations to come. When you start a scrapbook, you want it to tell a story- whether it’s the story of an event, or the story of a lifetime. When we take photos of special times and place them in photo albums, we think we’ll always remember the names and places in the photos, but most often those details fade from memory, that’s why it’s so important to scrapbook them instead, recording the names, dates, places, and your thoughts on the memories captured in these photos.

Our goal at Scrap Paper Scizzors is to help you preserve those memories with quality materials that will endure over time. Whether you just need some suggestions or basic supplies to get you started, would like to take a class or learn some techniques, or just want to come in and socialize while you work on your scrapbook, we’re glad to help with any of your scrapbooking needs. We have a crop area stocked with tons of scrapbooking tools, stamps, magazines, & cricut die-cutter, where you can come in and work on your scrapbooks and other projects. We also have lots of fabulous products available for purchase in the store whether you are a beginner or long-time scrapbooker! We even have an all day crop on Memorial Day (see classes & crops below) to make it even easier to get started! We are now open at our new address at 131 N. Broadway. (This is the same building we were originally in for the first 4 years, but in a different space, so you can still park in the front parking lot.) PRODUCTS (updated 1/19)

Between the Holiday rush, Inventory, and the move, we have been low on basic supplies this past couple of weeks, but we finally received the order we were waiting for, and are now restocked on all of our basics! So if you were waiting on specific Core & Bazzill Cardstock colors, tape runners & refills, glue dots, 3D Foam Squares,  Zig Glue Pens (roller ball), or 12×12 Cricut Mats, they are now in stock! New styles of  Dazzles Stickers are also now in stock!

We are still waiting on a second order containing some backorder items (a few remaining cardstock colors not received on the first order above, Jumbo & Chisel Tip Zig Glue Pens, as well as some special order items) that is scheduled to come in next week, so if you need a specific item that is not in yet, just let us know and we’ll be glad to hold it for you and call you when it gets here! And if you need an item not already on order, we can special order just about any item- just ask (turnaround is usually about a week)!

Also, it is getting close to that time of year when we start getting the pre-CHA show catalogs with all of the new products, therefore we will be placing tons of orders over the next couple months for this year’s new seasonal items and hot new products! So be sure to check back frequently for our listing of new products received in!
